Cell Referencing

Knowing ones way around a spreadsheet

basic mathematical operations (+, /, - and *)

naming groups of cells

use of SUM, AVERAGE, MAX and MIN

use of COUNTIF and IF

using absolute and relative cell referencing

use of Goal Seek to make predictions with models
